The Black & Gold Scholarship ball is the Capstone Black Tie event where the Brothers of the Theta Theta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc will be awarding college scholarships to deserving DoDDs High School Seniors in Germany.
